As fall whirls headlong into winter at Solstice, join us to settle quietly, chant, reflect, and connect.

The Afternoon
From 3:30-4:30, we settle in with chanting, quiet sitting, and dharma reflection to turn our attention to a deeper awareness of the heart. Then we lightly shift toward conversation.
From 4:30–5:30, we’ll check in on how the life and the world are feeling to us, framed viewed through the heart. Setting opinions and judgments aside, we’ll listen and share with curiosity, kindness, and respect.
We’ll have tea and sweet & savory nibbles on hand. You’re welcome to bring something to share if you like. Note that we have no kitchen access, so simple “finger foods” are great.
