Join us for New Year’s Eve afternoon meditation, chanting, and reflection, followed by chai, light prasad, and community conversation. The Meeting House space is fully accessible and carpeted, with comfortable chairs and room to floor sit (byo cushion).
The Bhakti and Buddhist teachings shared by Ram Dass, Neem Karoli Baba, and many others are the heart of our practice, encompassing loving awareness, compassion, service to all, and community. Free and open to all. Dana donations that support Open Door Dharma circles are optional but welcome at the door or online. Note “Dharma” when you give.
2:00–3:30 Practice Settling, chanting, meditation, and dharma reflection in the stillness of the heart.
Stretch & Tea break Tea and small sweet & savory prasad nibbles are offered.
3:45–5:00 Being alive here and now Time to check in, ask questions, reflect, and share how we’re holding the world here and now, framed by the Five Precepts and the principles of lovingkindness, peace, and beloved community.
The door is open. Come and go as you like—at 2:00 just for practice, or at 3:45 for prasad and conversation, or for the whole afternoon. Questions? Please contact us.
